Winning bidder, their significant other, and any children living in the home under the age of 23 will enjoy full membership benefits to all six Dormie Network properties for 12 months, including the initiation fee. Enjoy access to and full member privileges at six of the country's finest private destination golf clubs: - Pinehurst's Dormie Club - Roanoke's Ballyhack Golf Club - Indiana's Victoria National Golf Club - Nebraska City's ArborLinks - San Antonio's Briggs Ranch Golf Club - New Jersey's Hidden Creek Golf Club These exceptional clubs offer pristine courses, full-service amenities, and a secluded, relaxing retreat. Package includes initiation fee and one (1) year's membership to the Dormie Network of golf clubs. Membership includes all greens fees, golf cart rentals, and driving range access. Members are responsible for their own food and beverage, travel, lodging on site, and caddie fees where applicable. Restrictions: After their 12 month trial period is over, the winning bidder will then have the opportunity to continue on with Dormie Network as a dues paying member, and will never pay an initiation deposit. Membership offer expires December 31, 2023. Winning bidder will have the option to continue membership by paying dues for a second year. Other restrictions include: · Winning Bidder cannot live within 75 miles of any Dormie Network property, nor have a vacation home within that same vicinity. · Winning bidder cannot be a prior Dormie Network member, or Donated Member. · National Donated Membership is intended for individual use only, this is not considered a corporate membership (Signature Membership). · Please note that Dormie Club in Pinehurst North Carolina requires a cottage stay for members to play.
